Application:
The machine is used for metal tape interlock armoring of the AI-alloy cables,Copper-core cables,control cables and oil-submission pump cables in different dimentsions.
Main Features:
1) In the main machine,the tape tension is controlled by proporional air value which can adjust the air volume to generate the friction force. The tension of Al-Mg alloy of steel tape is kept stable and constant.The rotation of the head is braked pneumatically ,so it will not pull breakage of the tape in the case of emergency stop.
2) The angel transmission between the rotary panel and main frame is done by ball cage mechanism for force transmission .This mechanism can replace the the common gimal joint,which has the cycle error durong running,and will keep the stable armoring and roundness of the small diameter cables.
3) The machine is fully protected by safe hood.Above the greasing points on the armoring head there is collecter for oil mist.There is tape-break stop and lighting for the machine. 4) The tape is driven by motor for feeding and compacting on the round and flat cables. 5) The control system uses both PLC and touch screen,including electric cabinet and suspending operation panel.
